Ang agnostisimo ay ang paniniwala na imposibleng malaman o mapatunayan na mayroong Diyos. Ang salitang "agnostic" ay nangangahulugan ng "kawalang kaalaman". Ang "agnosticism" ay isang uri ng "ateismo" o paniniwala na walang Diyos ngunit mas mataas sa intelektwal na antas kaysa "ateismo". Ang ateismo ay paniniwala na talagang walang Diyos - isang posisyon na hindi mapapatunayan.
